T-2 of Slovenia completes buyout of the regional ISP Telesat

Slovenian fixed and mobile operator T-2 has completed the buyout of regional telco Telesat.

According to a press release from Telesat, on 30 June 2021, all subscribers of Telesat's services will become T-2 subscribers.

Established in 1992, Telesat serves 3,700 customers in the area of Jesenice, offering pay-TV, broadband internet, and fixed telephony services.

The release noted that the existing subscription agreement will remain in force, as T-2, as the universal legal successor, will enter into all legal relations of the acquired company Telesat.

At the same time, Telesat subscribers will continue to use the already ordered services without interruption, as the volume of ordered services and the monthly subscription remain the same.
