Myriad has rolled out the latest version of its MSNGR chat service across five major operators in the America Movil group.
Telcel Mexico was the first American Movil operator to upgrade MSNGR in July 2013, and has now been followed by launches in Claro Brazil, Claro Argentina, Claro Peru and Claro Colombia. These countries represent 80% of America Movil's subscriber base in LatAm.
This major upgrade provides users with a simpler, faster, and more intuitive experience and includes a simplified registration and login process, faster message delivery, and an improved UI across multiple client platforms. The upgrade is delivering immediate results in terms of both improved adoption and user engagement.
